My work is about layers and stories.I have been on a journey since I started doing work in my 30's.I went to the School of the Museum of Fine Art Boston for 15 years part-time until I finally graduated.My day job is as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist.I Have listened to many stories and from my own experience know the importance of telling stories.I have worked in many kinds of printmaking. I wanted to continue my journey so I became fascinated with the layering in Photoshop which led me to digital photography. I was also studying the Zohar which is a mystical understanding of the Torah. The Zohar is read on many levels.It's meaning is understood on layers of the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
It is this combination of influences and beliefs that has led my work to its current place.
